This is probably going to stir up some interesting conversation, but I want to discuss objectively the point of why I think you should stop blaming genetics for your lack of attaining the body that you want. This applies whether your goal is to put on muscle mass, lose fat, get a six pack, or whatever it may be in regards to building an impressive physique.

When it comes to building muscle and losing fat, let me first say that OF COURSE genetics plays a role in how fast you achieve your goal, body type, and all that kind of stuff.
